Zeno Leoni

Zeno Leoni is an Assistant Professor in the Defence Studies Department at King’s College London, based at the Joint Services Command and Staff College. His most recent book, A New Cold War: US-China Relations in the 21st Century (Bristol, 2024), examines the evolving dynamics of US–China relations. He is currently working on a new book exploring emerging geopolitical blocs and the crisis of the liberal international order. In 2026, he was selected by the International Affairs and National Security (IANS) at the UK Parliament as a participant in the G20 Discussion Forum, where he uses his expertise to support parliamentary staff in developing knowledge and networks relevant to the G20 and to the UK’s engagement with the G20.
